Pre-Appointment Preparation

You will receive instructions to download the Yooli app and complete your patient profile,
including secure payment details required for prescribing services.
You will also receive consultation forms, consent documentation and pre-treatment
information to complete prior to your appointment.

Clinical Review & Treatment Planning

Your information is reviewed ahead of your appointment to support a personalised treatment approach.
A proposed infusion and pricing will be provided prior to your appointment. Your selected
treatment may be adjusted based on clinical assessment.

In-Home Appointment

A registered nurse will attend your home to review your information, confirm consent and
perform basic observations.

step 05

Telehealth Prescribing Approval

A telehealth consultation is completed with a prescribing practitioner via the Yooli platform.
A one-time $35 prescribing and consultation fee is charged at the time of prescribing
approval.
Treatment proceeds only once approval is granted.

Treatment

Your IV therapy is administered in a safe and professional setting.

step 07

Aftercare

Aftercare information is provided and explained following your treatment, with contact
details for any post-treatment support.

All treatments are subject to clinical assessment and prescribing practitioner approval.
Individual suitability is determined on the day of treatment.
